To recover the unpaid gas bill and house tax, send a legal notice to the previous owner demanding payment. If they refuse, file a money recovery suit in civil court. Gather all relevant documents, including sale agreements and pending bills. Consulting a lawyer can help streamline the legal process.

In this situation, you should attempt to get in touch with the owner. If he doesn't reply, you should seek legal counsel and send a legal notice highlighting the unpaid taxes and bills. You should also emphasize the consequences of not paying on time, and if he doesn't even respond, you should take the matter to court for resoving it .

Sir, firstly you should issue a legal notice against that person. If the individual fails to respond or make the payment after receiving the notice, you can proceed to file a civil suit for recovery of money in the civil court. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
