What can I do if dealer delay in registration of my new car?
I purchased a car on Aug 27, 23 from a dealer in Delhi which has a head office at Gurgaon. I got my car with temporary registration from Haryana, and till date the final Registration has not been done by the dealer. The final Registration has to be done at Ghaziabad. Dealer has lost all the original papers and RTO Ghaziabad is asking for original form 22. What if the road ahead for me?
The dealer is responsible for providing you with the original registration documents for your car. If the dealer has lost the original documents, they will need to obtain new ones from the RTO.
