What legal action can I take against NoBroker for poor service?

Hi, for my interior work I trusted a branded company NoBroker.in and gave 50% advance according to their terms and conditions. But, I had a very horrible experience. They are very inexperienced in this field of work and their project team is doing all sorts of wrong things, which NoBroker is incapable of managing. Their customer support is also just trying to save themselves, they respond after one week or so, when they get something to say and without answering any of my query respond in a very generic way. So, their project team is not ready to work. It's already been more than one month now. And they have no return policy, so they are not going to return my money back. I need to know what I can do now; I want to get my work completed as fast as possible, but doing a court case will take months, and it will be very difficult to wait that long. Further no one will be ready to take the work from this half-completed state.
