Can I filed defamation case after 12 years of incident?
In 2010 I was residing in Pune. Our uncle staying in Yeola District Nashik has filled false criminal case against me for murder attempt. Though in this case found no substance and failed. Court has cleared my name, Case was closed . Now I want to file defamation case against him with compensation.
