Can she file a complaint against me for visiting the spa?

In October 2024, a friend convinced me to visit a spa, which I later discovered was involved in illegal activities. I engaged in paid sex with a woman who took my number. She continued texting me to visit the spa again. I revisited on November 10, 2024, but only engaged in physical intimacy, not intercourse. Realizing my mistake, I decided to stop visiting. She continued messaging me on WhatsApp, but I eventually blocked her. Her last message was on January 27, 2025. I only visited the spa twice—on October 20 and November 10. I have all the WhatsApp chats and payment screenshots. There were no disputes, and she hasn't contacted me since. Despite the amicable interactions, I feel anxious due to the possibility of false accusations under Section 69 (BNS). Can she lodge a complaint against me? The anxiety is severely affecting me. The woman works at the spa, which is involved in prostitution.

If you have visited places associated with prostitution it can have legal risks, like involvement in trafficking or exploitation. However, if you were not involved in illegal activities, it is unlikely that you will face criminal charges. For peace of mind, you can consult an expert criminal lawyer and, if harassed, block the woman and report her to the authorities. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
