Can I challenge the restitution order against me in high court?
After interim maintenance in crpc 125 he filed restitution of conjugal rights section 9 HMA to avoid maintenance. In the family court ordered for final monthly maintenance on 14th Sept 2024 after 15 days it was ordered to stay in between 2 months at in laws but I already prayed for protection order of residence in dv act. Can I challenge the restitution order against me in high court? What is the limitation period?
