How can a woman secure the future if her husband is in deep debt?

I am a 44 year-old woman with one 14-year-old son. I used to be a widow. My family elders got me remarried to a man based out of Dhanbad whose wife had died of Covid. He has an adult daughter and a severely autistic 18-yr-old son. My husband used to do some civil contracting business but lied before marriage about his financial status. After marriage I discovered, he is utterly broke. When my family elders sold my paternal property in Meerut, I received my share, amounting to almost Rs 10 lakhs. He took all my money and that has left me broke. He keeps threatening to commit suicide and implicate me. He has debts which he can't repay. We shifted to Meerut a few months back. He is living like a fugitive. He keeps threatening to commit suicide with his own son and daughter. If I take the legal route, this man will not give me a penny. I am very disturbed. Can anyone advise on how I can secure my future? I am very stressed. Please help. I will be very grateful. Thanks
