How can I claim alimony and deport ex-wife abroad?

I married a Filipina woman (single status) in the Philippines in 2013. She lived with me in Ahmedabad until 2017 and then moved to Toronto, Canada, on a work permit. She got permanent residency in 2021 and has been missing since October 30, 2021. I received a divorce certificate through a friend in Toronto, but in the divorce, she falsely claimed I lived in the Philippines at the time, which I did not. I haven’t been to the Philippines since 2013. I have proof she lied and want to claim compensation and alimony, and also seek help for her deportation from Canada. Please advise how I can proceed legally.

Since the divorce was obtained using false details, you can file a case in Indian family court challenging its validity. For fraud and cheating, file a criminal complaint. You can also file for recovery of expenses and alimony. Deportations is difficult but inform Canadian immigration through legal support.
