How can I proceed with my husband's false allegations and re-join intentions?

My husband under the negative influence of his family created a drama which made me leave the matrimonial house. We are separated for 10 months with no contact. I am staying with my father and husband is staying in abroad. Since last 10 months i have not proceeded legally nor asked for any kind of maintenance to him. He sent me a legal notice in the month of October mentioning all false allegations and also mentioned to re-join at the last statement. I doubt his actions but in-return I sent him a reply notice to come and talk in amicable manner. Further, my question is how can I take this process ahead and how to scrutiny husband's re-join intentions?

In this matrimonial dispute, your husband's legal notice with false allegations and subsequent reconciliation offer suggests potential legal strategies under the Hindu Marriage Act, particularly Sections 9 or 22 of the Special Marriage Act (restitution of conjugal rights). Given the 10-month separation and his allegations, you can file a counter-petition challenging his claims, seek maintenance, and request the court to scrutinize the genuineness of his reconciliation intentions while protecting your rights.
