How can I protect myself legally if my family files FIR?

Hello, I am planning to run away from home soon as my family is forcing me to marry. I am a female, born in Jharkhand, living in Gurgaon. I am financially independent and have a job and want to leave my family once and for all. I am concerned for my safety as well as of my ex-boyfriend. I don't want him to get caught in this as he has nothing to do with my decision nor do I want to be blackmailed. I do not wish to be married and continue to live my life independent of my family rules and principles. Please help on how to avoid any unpleasant scenario in case of FIR.
