Is live-in relationship legal during divorce process?
I am going through divorce. Is it legal to enter into a live-in relationship? There are various replies on the subject in connection with IPC 495/496. I do understand the ground for divorce being an adulterous relationship which anyhow is under process. As per BNS can criminal charges apply?
