What is the probability of divorce after second separation?

I am from Kopargaon. My arranged marriage was forced on me by my father. After 5-6 months, I left my husband and matrimonial home, living separately for my career. After a year with my boyfriend, my husband filed for divorce as I wasn't responding to him. Needing money and a permanent home, I returned to my husband's house. My supportive father pressured my husband and his parents, with the help of the police and women's support groups, to accept me without questions. Despite my betrayal, I resumed a normal married life, thanks to my innocent husband, who withdrew the divorce case. Now, I live in a new home bought by my husband's mom and have sent my husband and his parents away. My father threatened my husband with a fake FIR to stay away from me. What is the probability of my divorce this second time?

In most cases, your divorce is going to be the second one due to the reasons. If your husband files for divorce based on the grounds of cruelty, abandonment, or coercion, then the court may take into consideration the actions and influence of your father. The withdrawal of the previous divorce case by your husband does not mean he cannot file again based on new evidence or the issues still ongoing. Further, if the father threatens him, then this would further strengthen his case. Hence, it is recommended to see a lawyer in order to go through the intricacies.

Ma'am, in this case, the property was purchased by your mother, so she retains the rights over the property. You only have a right to your husband's property, not the property bought by your mother. You can mutually agree to divorce if both parties consent, but the outcome will depend on the specific facts of the case, after considering the other side's perspective as well.
