What happens if someone breaks a non-disclosure agreement?

Hello, I was hoping to get a couple NDA’s drafted between a client and a third party (medical team) who will be looking after my client. The client was wanting anything to do with the procedure to not be disclosed to anyone outside the necessary medical team at the hospital. I would just like to discuss our options in proceeding with this.

When a person or entity breaches a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), it would incur legal consequences like punitive fines, an injunction to restrain further disclosures, and lawsuits against it for damages arising from the breach. To proceed, make sure that the NDA sets forth the scope of confidentiality, specific parties including such generalities as health emergencies. Clearly state the damages related to the NDA breach and what kind of proceedings would occur. Visit with a lawyer for the purpose of preparing an enforceable NDA between your patient and the treating doctors tailored to your needs and in specific compliance with all relevant laws including those regarding patient confidentiality and medical ethics.

NDA would be between the client and the medical team. The NDA would specify that the medical team is not allowed to disclose any information about the client's procedure to anyone outside of the necessary medical team at the hospital. For further enquiry Contact us on helpline number.
