Can a tribunal review its own decision?
Dear members. In my case, the Honble CAT tribunal gave order on 7th Nov. However, it did not mention the timelimit for the respondentts to comply with the order. What we can do to request the tribunal to consider revising the order and include timeline for comoliance. Will this need re-hearing the case? Thanks.
