Can I get the experience letter if we do not serve the complete notice but pay all the dues?

I have served on organization with great dedication for almost 13 years in a project. During the tenure I was given all the benefits of EL, child care leave etc. However when the project ended, there were no terminal benefits offered. In view of this, I filed a case. Meanwhile, I need experience certificate to apply at other places, so I wish to know if I can get the experience certificate without completing no dues.

Ma’am, any employee who has not completed the notice period, including one who has taken advantage of maternity leave, is still entitled to obtain a relieving letter or experience letter regarding their time of employment with that organization, unless and until they have done something that clearly falls within the category of total denial of their rights. Please apply to the HR department for an experience certificate so that you can receive an acknowledgement. For further details contact us on our helpline number.
