Can I receive my salary after leaving without notice period?
I left my job without serving notice period and join another company because they are giving me more salary but ,I worked there for 17 days and now they are not giving my salary. Will I get my salary?

Under the Payment of Wages Act, you are legally entitled to receive salary for the actual days worked (17 days), regardless of notice period violation or short tenure, and you can file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner or approach the Labor Court for recovery of wages. However, the company might counter-claim damages for notice period violation from your previous position, and they may legally withhold a proportionate amount as per your employment contract terms.

you are legally entitled to receive your salary for the actual days worked (17 days in this case), regardless of not serving the notice period at your previous job or your short tenure, as per the Payment of Wages Act which mandates timely payment of wages for work performed. You can file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner's office or send a legal notice to the company demanding your dues, though the company might potentially deduct some amount as per their policy for not completing their minimum employment period.

Sir, you have not specified your notice period, nor have you submitted a resignation. However, you are entitled to claim your salary for the 17 days worked. It is important to review the terms of your employment agreement and the company’s policies regarding notice periods and salary payments, as these may impact your entitlement.
