Can there be an appeal from a writ petition that has been dismissed?
The cases are related to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan employees' CPF to GPF cum pension Though, according to the stipulated rules, the employees were DEEMED to have come over to pension scheme, KVS officials have denied it. Similarly situated employees were given relief in Madras, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and elsewhere, but in CAT PB, most of the cases are getting dismissed. Can explain the provisions and precedents to the lawyer. In 3 cases that were dismissed, WPs need to be filed in Delhi HC, and 1 case, which was withdrawn with liberty, needs to be filed in CAT afresh. Can you please state your / the lawyer's fee for the cases? Thanks
The cases involving Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan employees' transition from CPF to GPF cum pension highlight discrepancies in the application of pension rules. While employees were deemed to have switched to the pension scheme, KVS officials denied this, despite relief granted to similar employees in other states. The dismissal of cases in CAT PB suggests a need for strategic legal action, including filing writ petitions in Delhi HC and re-filing in CAT. For legal fees, it's best to consult directly with a lawyer, as costs vary based on case complexity and location.
