Sexual harassment at Workplace

My wife is forced to work in night shift without any overtime and is asked to not to tell anyone that manager is forcing her for the night shift. Also, she is forced to work in day shift, followed by night shift (no overtime, nothing for that) and followed by the day shift. When complained to higher authority he is also favoring that guy. And to remind you though this follows a Public-Private-Partnership model, but comes under government institution. Where can I file the complaint against the unethical malpractices being followed in the institute?

You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or relevant government authority overseeing workplace ethics in Public-Private Partnership institutions. Additionally, approach the Human Rights or Women’s Commission for redressal. Document all evidence. For legal assistance, contact your lawyer to ensure proper action against these unethical practices.
