What action can I take against the company if a company terminated me without any reason?

I was working at a private company for more than 7 plus years. during covid I requested them to allow me to work from home till I get vaccinated. My family did not allow me to join back without vaccination. Since I did not get any confirmation from them I decided to resign. My request was to allow me to work from home till my notice period. I had requested in the month of july and in the month of nov My manager informed me to complete my vaccination and then join back ,no need to resign. however when I had taken only one vaccine the ER from the HR department was very rude and she asked me to resign. and kind of abused me over the phone. I resigned however I have not been able to get any job because of my age bar. I had followed all company policy. I do not think it was right. I want to know my rights. I want to get back the job and the compensation too. Can I do so?

Sir, you can talk to your seniors regarding this matter, in any way they can talk to HR on your behalf. The company will either allow you to serve the notice period or pay in lieu therefrom to you in case if you have completed a service period of 1 year i.e. 240 days as termination compensation of 15 day.
