What can I do against illegal termination?
Hi, I was doing job for a company as a contractual project based appointment since 10 years every 11 months sometimes 6 months 4 months contract gets renewed , my performance was also too good ,got various award during my tenure and I was performer in short. Suddenly my boss told me months back that your contact is over and we don’t want to continue your job. The project on which i got hired will be till 2028 but with no reason i got fired from job on 31 dec 2023. My last job contract was till 31 dec 2023. Also, company used my registration for its benefits from more than 9 years without giving me the any benefit. Last year company started to give me some amount against my registration and give me an appointment letter for that also as a temporary basis. But now company discontinued my license and my job also. What can i do now i am jobless?
In case where your employer fired you after the contract was over you cannot raise an objection as it is in line with their policy. And you already knew while joining that it is contract based job in which any employer can fire employees once the contract is over.
