What can I do if a company terminates me without notice?

My company is not paying my notice period payment of 3 months and also not paying variable pay for two financial years. Can I file a case against the company or can I send a notice to company through lawyer?

If your employer have terminated you  without providing a notice period or payment, you are entitled to submit a claim with the labor commissioner. You will need to gather proof of your employment in order to accomplish this, including pay stubs, appointment letters, and any other pertinent paperwork.
