If your employer wants you to pay more so that you will continue working as a contract security officer, then first check your contract and see if there is any clause on payment and termination. The Delhi Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act prohibits employers from arbitrarily altering terms of employment. You should file a complaint to the labour commissioner in Delhi if they refuse to honor your contract or fire you. You can even approach a lawyer to take legal advice regarding filing options under the Industrial Disputes Act in case of a violation of your rights. Preserve all the communications for record.

Sir, an employer cannot demand money from you and if they are terminating you on the basis of money they require, it is not a legal process. If terminated, you should send a formal notice to the employer. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you to file a civil suit in court of law.
