What can I do if I have not received my pension?
My father retired last year in June 2022 and it's almost a year now he is not receiving his pension he was a rajasthan govt. employee in fire brigade,nagar nigam jodhpur apart from pension not even receiving gratutity amount or other retirement benefit. i have complained via rajasthan sampart portal,rashtrapati bhavan,pensioners department but Nagar nigam is not doing anything. what are the legal options or will i have to wait in this case.
