What can I do if Illegally terminated?
I worked as a therapist at a skin and hair transplant clinic for six months. In January, I received an offer from a famous salon to join as a business manager. I joined them on 9th February. Today, 29th March, they revoked my access and terminated me, claiming I was unable to grow their business. However, I had provided ideas to help, especially since they didn’t have a digital team. They didn’t inform me beforehand or send any legal notice; they simply fired me. I left my previous job due to their false promises.

If you have been illegally terminated, review your employment contract to check for any violation of termination clauses. You may file a complaint with the labour authorities or consult a lawyer to explore legal action for wrongful termination. Gather evidence of your contributions, communications, and lack of prior notice to strengthen your case. Additionally, consider negotiating a severance package or requesting a formal explanation from the employer.

You can file a legal case for wrongful termination or breach of contract. It is advised to send a legal notice demanding reinstatement or compensation before filling legal case. If no response, approach the Labour Court or Industrial Tribunal with all relevant documents, including your employment contract and communication records.
