What can I do if my company changes my title and nature of job after hiring me?

EMPLOYER FORCEFULLY CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE, NATURE OF JOB AND DESIGNATION. BEING SC/ST, CAN I CONTEST THIS ISSUE UNDER SC/ST LAWS, IF NOT THEN UNDER WHICH RELEVANT LAWS AND SECTIONS AGAINST FORCEFULLY JOB ROTAION GIVEN.
