What legal action can I take regarding unpaid stipend and delay?
I joined Air India Express company on 27th June 2023 as a trainee cabin crew after 5 months, due to some health issues, I was asked for a medical fitness certificate and I also submitted it on time, My report was perfect fine and after that HR department has been making me wait for 2 years, without providing my promised stipend amount, Now please let know what legal action can taken by my side?
