What legal steps can be taken against illegal termination?

Sir, I was wrongly terminated and now being blamed and being given lame excuses and reasons for my termination, I want compensation. What should I do?

Gathering of relevant evidence such as emails, messages, and witness statements will help support the claim for compensation for wrongful termination. Subsequently, a formal complaint should be made to the Labor Commissioner or Labor Court with an explanation of the case. The person should consult an employment lawyer to know his or her rights and look at choices for getting compensation. Mediation with the employer may be an option in solving the problem instead of going to court. Prepare in certain countries to demand compensation if such measures do not work, perhaps for lost wages or emotional pain.
