What legal steps I can take to recover the money and claim compensation from any company?

I was provided with an offer letter and became part of the company from the very first day of training. As part of the process, I paid ₹14,000 for the training fee. After completing the training, the founder informed me that they were no longer hiring. They promised to refund the training fee, but despite my repeated efforts to contact them via calls, messages, and emails, I have not received any response or refund. I would like to know if I can also claim three months' salary as compensation for the job promised and the time invested, in addition to reclaiming the training fee. I also wish to take legal action against the company for scamming and misrepresenting the job offer. please advise on the legal steps I can take to recover the money, claim compensation, and hold the company accountable for these practices?
