To begin with start by the collection of documents needed, such as your employment contract, termination letter, and any communication made during the process of dismissal. Then, send a legal notice to your employer stating illegal termination and demanding compensation for unpaid wages and damages. In case you don't get any proper response, then you can lodge your complaint to the labour court or industrial tribunal as per the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. An employment lawyer will also be able to advice you on how best to handle the matter, and if need be, also represent you in the courts.

Start by document all relevant evidences, like that of the employment contract, termination letter, and anything related. Later, send a legal notice to your employer with details of the illegal termination and demanding compensation for unpaid wages or breach of contract; this often prompts a resolution without having to go to court. If no reply is received, it may be taken to a labour court or industrial tribunal with the motive of getting compensation or seeking reinstatement under Industrial Disputes Act 1947. Taking the services of an employment lawyer may also be useful for rightly going through the process as you can have their services in any legal representation.
