Will I still receive payment if terminated for duplicate documents?

If the company terminates the duplicate documents, will the payment for the 1 month worked still be paid?

Yes, if the company terminates an employee for any reason, he has to pay the compensation for the work done under the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, and if not paid, the employee can file a complaint to the tribunal.
