Can I file a case to remove my photos without consent?
I went to a club around 3 years ago. it was first time I went to a club. I didn't have any knowledge that they were going to upload my pics on Facebook. Recently I got to know that my photos are uploaded on their official Facebook public page. But I don't want my photos to be uploaded on a public platform. I contacted the manager but the club is closed now on temporary basis. the manager told me that he is not working there any more so I'll have to contact to the owner himself. I contact the owner but he stated that he will not be able to get my photos deleted as they forgot the password for their Facebook page. I requested them to try recovering the account but now they are not picking up my calls. They are still posting statuses on WhatsApp but not responding to my messages. I am a girl and need my photos removed. please help me and tell what can I do to get those photos removed. can I file a case against the owner and does the club have right to upload my pics without my consent?
