Can I file suit against PSC if they rejects application form?

Sir, Recently I saw, from Kerala PSC web site, for the post of Sales Assistant in Coir Corporation, Equivalent qualification for " Certificate in Computer Application" is "B Com Statistics". Can I apply the same (i.e, B Com Statistics) for any post that needs" Certificate in Computer Application" through PSC? If PSC reject my application Can I file suit against it? Sir, one more question If Supreme court dismissed a case can one files a suit against it in Hon High Court? is there any time limit?

If Kerala PSC lists "B.Com (Statistics)" as equivalent to "Certificate in Computer Application," you can apply for positions requiring CCA. If your application is rejected, you may appeal to the PSC, but a lawsuit may not be effective without clear legal error. Additionally, you cannot file a suit in the High Court against a Supreme Court dismissal; instead, review petitions must be filed directly in the Supreme Court within 30 days.

If the Kerala PSC recognizes "B Com Statistics" as equivalent to "Certificate in Computer Application" for the Sales Assistant post, you can apply for other positions requiring that qualification. However, acceptance depends on each job's specific requirements. If your application is rejected despite having an equivalent qualification, you may challenge the decision, but success will depend on the specifics of your case and relevant government orders. If the PSC rejects your application, you can file a writ petition in the High Court, demonstrating that the rejection was arbitrary or not in accordance with established rules.

Sir, if the Kerala PSC website states that "B Com Statistics" is considered equivalent to a "Certificate in Computer Application" then you can apply for posts requiring that qualification but you should make sure to provide any necessary documentation to support your claim. If the PSC rejects your application based on qualification discrepancies then you may have grounds to challenge their decision but filing a suit against the PSC can be complicated.
