Can I get certified copies of attached documents for exhibit?

1) The opposite party filed a petition for a list of documents and attached the documents. When I tried to obtain a certified copy of the documents I was told that I can't get the certified copy of the documents attached which I need for my exhibit. They only shared the certified copy of the list of documents petitioned. What is the law? Can't I get it? 2) If I file a list of documents can't I get the certified copy of my documents as well for exhibit? 3) If not, can I file a different petition and make it annexure, then apply for annexure since I got the certified copy of the original petition's annexure.
