How can I prevent my husband from claiming my properties?

I am currently facing a complex legal situation involving my husband, who recently filed for property possession under the Benami Act. There has been a Domestic Violence (DV) case against him for the past eight years. Recently, the court issued an order to stop any interim maintenance, stating that I should utilize two properties recognized by the court as mine. These properties were purchased by my husband in my name. However, my husband has presented documents related to these properties in court, despite my lack of documentation. I attempted to sell one of the properties, but before the transaction could take place, he filed for possession and obtained a stay on that property in the Rohtak court in Haryana. While the property in question is located in Haryana, both my husband and I reside in Delhi. Given that I do not work and have no financial resources other than these properties, and considering my husband's financial situation, which includes a pension of approximately ₹50,000 and additional undisclosed properties, I urgently seek advice on how to resolve this case as soon as possible. I also wish to prevent my husband from filing similar claims on the other property. Your guidance on the best legal course of action would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
