How can I stop the neighbor from claiming land after extension?
My grandfather sold 17 cents of land 49 years ago which was beside a single road at that time. Now the road gets extended to double road. They lost some land even though we lost some land due to road extension. They are trying to get land from us. They are bringing a government surveyor and the surveyor is also helping them only. How can I proceed with this problem? Please answer.
