What action can I take against my ex-girlfriend's blackmail?

My ex-girlfriend of 8 years is constantly torturing me and my family, being abusive after I denied marrying her. She has already cheated on me with someone else, and I have proof. We had a physical relationship but only were intimate 2-3 times, and it was consensual. She is blackmailing me and my family, saying she will destroy our lives. She’s threatening to harm herself and hold me responsible. Both our families are involved, and her family members are mentally torturing my family. I have all the proof (chats and call recordings). What should I do now? Will I face any charges?

You should file a police complaint against your ex-girlfriend for harassment, blackmail, and threats. Gather all the evidence (chats, call recordings, etc.) and approach the local police. If needed, seek protection under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Regarding any charges against you, there’s no legal basis for her threats.
