What can I do if Bank transfers less amount than the cheque deposit?
I had deposited a transfer cheque in my Account amt of rs 85500 but bank deposits only 25500 this mistake came to our notice after 1month can we sue the bank for this mistake?

First report the transaction. Second ask the concern about redressal. Third if no satisfactory reply make an application to Banking Ombuds Man

If such incident had occured then get a legal notice drafted against that bank to clear the dispute and if they denies then you can file the suit before the court, to know more in detail please call on our helpline number.
