What can I do if the company is asking me to pay money forcefully?
Actually i had joined the Sharpener.tech . For Web Developement course. There they have virtual video signed an aggrement (ISA- Income Sharing Aggrement) . By my fault i hav't read all the terms and conditions and accept it. And now i am unable to understand web development so i left. They force me to study or pay an amount of Approx Rs. 35000 to leave. So they are saying they will send me a legal notice. I am a student and i am not employed to pay there money . What should i do ?
They cannot ask you such hefty amount as you are liable to pay only the amount that were spended on you during the training period, to know more in detail please call on our helpline number.
