What can we do if an FIR been presented in court after 130 days?
Hello sir/ma'am, I am from Jaipur. I got my motorcycle theft report (FIR) done on 07/05/2024. Today it has been 130+ days since that FIR. But till now the FIR has not been presented in the court. What should I do?

Sir, if you are not receiving satisfactory response then you can file a complaint to higher police authority or SP of your district and if the delay is unusual then you can approach the district court with the help of an expert lawyer who will assist you to file a petition.
