What legal action can I take against neighbor's CCTV installation?
My next-door neighbor has installed a CCTV camera outside the main door of his flat which is less than 10 feet from the main door of my flat. I had requested him verbally to remove it .But he did not remove it. We leave in a housing complex of nearly 350 nos of flat. What should I do now?
