Where can I file complaint against landlord?
I moved into this new flat in August 2024. After two months, the AC gas leaked, and my landlord fixed it. Now, in March 2025, it has leaked again. My question is: who should pay for the gas refilling, which costs Rs 2,500 and is a significant amount for me?
