Which act applies to marriage abroad and how to register?
If someone from India marries a foreigner at foreign place not in India so which act will it come under and what to do where to go to register. How to register and what documents we need? Thank you

The marriage should follow the legal rules of the country where it happens. After the marriage, you will get a marriage certificate from that local authority.
