Will my military complaint affect my private company job?

In 2020, I filed a complaint against a military personnel through the military channel, as he was currently serving in the military. They asked for some details, which I provided in January 2025. I am unsure about what happened after that. Now, his wife is collecting signatures from the public in my village to submit to the collector. Will this cause any problems for me at my current job, as I am working in a private company? The complaint was truthful, but I do not have any video or document evidence. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Since your complaint was filed through the proper military channel, it should not directly affect your private job. However, if the public petition leads to legal or social pressure, you may need to clarify your position if questioned. To protect yourself, stay informed about any developments and seek legal advice if any defamation or retaliation issues arise.

As you have provided the details that the court has asked from you so no need to worry and try to know from the person who has signed to his wife application that what was the subject of the application because you cannot take any furthur steps unless you know what the application is all about.

Sir, in your case, you must comply with the military authorities. If you suspect any conspiracy against you by his wife, you should consult a lawyer for appropriate legal action. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
