How can I perform inter caste marriage?

I am a 28-year-old Hindu, and my partner is a 26-year-old Muslim girl. We both work in an MNC. She is a local from Pune and lives with her parents and elder brother (who is married). Can you please advise the best possible way for us to get married without any potential risk from our families, especially her family, considering her religious background?

If both the partners have attained the legal age to get married then you may perform court marriage under Special Marriage Act without converting religion by visiting marriage registrar office. If facing family threats, file a protection petition in court. Consult a lawyer for legal guidance on safeguarding your rights and marriage.
