This scheme is under the Dr. Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-Caste Marriages. A joint application with necessary documents like a marriage certificate, caste certificates, income certificate if applicable, and a recommendation from a local MP or MLA should be prepared from a couple in which one spouse hails from a Scheduled Caste and the other belongs to another community. Submit the application to the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation through your state's Social Welfare Department within one year of marriage. All the documents must be in Hindi or English and should be complete to enable easy processing.
