Is presence of witnesses in court marriage is mandatory?
Can we get married in one day under Hindu marriage Act. If we do not want any involvement in this like witnesses and all or third person is it possible. Arya samaj marriage or certificate is mandatory to register marriage in court. Also, what can be the expenses? Can it take place on the weekend?
