What work should I do to marry maternal uncle's daughter? And his daughter is my partner, she doesn't want to live without me, so how can I marry her so that we can be together?

You cannot have your marriage done because as per the Hindu Law these falls under the sapinda relation so the marriage is not said to be valid marriage,
