What documents are required for interfaith marriage under Hindu law?

Hi, I’m from Haryana (India) and I want to marry an NRI girl. I’m Sikh and she’s Christian. She is ready to convert to Hinduism. We both are single and want to get married within 5 days, but we don’t have 30 days for notice since we are not in India. Can we marry under the Hindu Marriage Act? What documents are required? Please advise.

Sir, you can marry her, and the marriage can take place within those 5 days under Hindu Law. The required documents include residence proof, address proof, passport sized photographs and an affidavit. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
