Perform the traditional marriage ceremony according to your respective customs and rituals. Register the marriage officially with the local government body. Submit a notice of intention to marry to the marriage officer of the district where at least one of the parties has resided for not less than 30 days. Once the notice is accepted, it is published and open for objection for a period of 30 days. In case of objections (if any) during this period, address them within the prescribed time frame. Arrangement for three witnesses to be present during the registered marriage before the marriage officer. Sign the marriage certificate provided by the marriage officer after successful completion of the legal procedures.
