What is the process of court marriage?
I Want to know court marriage procedure. I am planning to do inter caste marriage without changing and caste. I am Hindu and my spouse is Buddhist. What is the procedure?
To solemnize a court marriage in India if you are a Hindu marrying a Buddhist, follow the following procedure: Obtain advance notice of intended marriage from Marriage Registrar for at least 30 days before the ceremony. Documents required: Age proof, address proof, photographs, and affidavits proving no hindrance to the marriage. Bring three witnesses along with you on the date of the ceremony. On the date set, present at the said court where a Marriage Officer will solemnize the marriage and after which, you will receive your marriage certificate.
